We're kicking off the first of the Shoreline Stories series with GOWSC's Community and Communications Lead, Arunima. On the anniversary of her English Channel relay swim, 21 June, join her as she reminisces on the training process, the mindset building, her nervous excitement and finally swimming in the English Channel!
The Tri-Swim Open Water Camp is the ultimate training ground for aspiring triathletes looking to transition from the pool to the ocean. Swimming in the sea can be intimidating, but this camp is specifically designed to build confidence, technique, and mental grit.
OTHER PROGRAMS
The GOWSC Swim Fitness is a progressive training program curated for you, to become a better, faster and stronger swimmer. The monthly 4 week program focuses on building your speed, endurance and strength - with specially designed water and dryland drills.
Led by WOWSA certified coaches, you have the opportunity to hone your fitness levels and become a powerful sea swimmer, with a group of motivated swimmers!

You will be guided by certified coaches who will teach your how to navigate the open water, to make your time at the beach more safe and enjoyable. You can use these skills on any beach in the world!
